This training will provide attendees with verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution tactics and strategies to utilize with someone who is in crisis. Participants will learn skills to effectively communicate with people in a crisis to reduce the possibility of physical intervention. The training will include techniques to handle crisis’ and understanding mental health crisis.
Participants will be able to interact on our Zoom platform through online discussions.
