Calendar Next session starts May 12, 2026 at 1 pm

This training series is designed to build a shared understanding of Florida’s crisis continuum of care, helping participants navigate from first contact with an individual experiencing crisis through stabilization and follow-up.

This pilot series is structured around four key engagement stages: assessment, triage, intervention, and follow-up, with an emphasis on reducing trauma and supporting sustained stability after crisis.

Foundational sessions establish what constitutes a mental health crisis and how to recognize key indicators for when and how to seek help. Participants will learn real-time response strategies and connect with resources, including de-escalation techniques and use of access points such as 911 and 988, to strengthen coordinated crisis response.

We look forward to learning with you! Register today: iECHO

Begins on May 12th @ 1:00 pm ET. Repeating sessions every other Tuesday.
