This 8-hour non-clinical workshop is developed from a successful program already being implemented across agencies throughout Florida that brings the most impactful & long-lasting stress management, resilience strategies, and mental wellness concepts to those who need it most. The focus is on self-awareness & self-regulation, a review on WHAT stress is, its impact on performance & burnout, self-care for the long-haul, & critical incident stress management.
